Our Next Goal

This year, we support 3-year-old Klementyna, who has problems with proper standing and walking due to spasticity of the lower limbs.

The history of Klementyna is unusual because she was born as a healthy child and until the 7th month of development there were no visible deviations from the norms. It was then that Klementynka’s parents started rehabilitation, which was to strengthen the muscles of their daughter’s torso. Thanks to this help, Klementynka can sit, unfortunately she is still far away from being fully upright. To achieve this, Klementynka needs a long rehabilitation and constant exercise.

Despite this, Klementynka is intellectually developing properly and is a wonderful, joyful child open to new contacts. She loves people and animals, she likes to paint, sing and play with blocks. She reads books and talks all day long with teddy bears, which are her favorite cuddly toys. The greatest dream of her parents is that, like other children, she could carelessly jump in puddles, play tag and chase butterflies.

This year, due to pandemics, we are organizing our own individual run in a Santa suit around our neighborhood! Like every year, we will run 6 km!
